The small print

Your ticket. A ticket is a QR code emailed to you after payment. Each QR code admits one person once. Keep it private; a screenshot that has already been scanned will not get you in.

Entry. Most events are 18+ and ID may be checked at the door. Doors, set times and lineups can change; we announce changes on Instagram and by email to ticket holders.

Refunds. If we cancel an event you get a full refund of the ticket price to the card you paid with. If an event is moved and you cannot make the new date, ask us within seven days and we refund. Otherwise tickets are not refundable, but you may pass your ticket to someone else.

Safe space. Abuse, harassment and violence have no place in our scene. Anyone who breaks that is removed without refund.

Photography. Our events are photographed and filmed. By entering you agree to appear in that material. Tell a member of the crew if you do not want to be filmed and we will do our best.
